This tool combines the independent reviews submitted by each reviewer into a single consensus record for the LDOE file. You can also browse the same competency-to-course evidence the reviewers see.
Independence: reviewers send their exported results to you (the coordinator), not to #TEACH. #TEACH does not collect, host, or see submissions, and does not build the consensus — you do, on your own device.
Two instruments
Reviewers now complete two instruments — the competency Crosswalk and the LDOE Program Approval Rubric (Bulletin 996 §303/743/745). Use the toolbar toggle to view either. When you import reviewer JSON files below, the Consensus Builder aggregates both: competency decisions and the six-part rubric.
Build the consensus

Collect each reviewer’s JSON file. Reviewers click Export JSON in their copy and send you that file.

Click 👥 Build Consensus (Review Coordinator) in the toolbar, then Add reviewer JSON file(s) — you can select several at once. (Optionally Include marks saved on this device.)

Choose a consensus rule — Majority wins (ties become Conflict) or Require unanimous — then click Build consensus.

Review the results. Each competency shows every reviewer’s vote and is flagged Unanimous / Majority / Plurality / Conflict with the agreement ratio (e.g., 2/3). Conflicts are highlighted.

Set the Final decision for each competency (it defaults to the computed consensus) and add an admin note where helpful.

Export the Consensus CSV, or Build consensus document — a branded, print-to-PDF report with summary stats and per-area tables for the LDOE file.
