This tool lets you confirm, for every Louisiana Bulletin 146 competency, exactly where it is taught in the #TEACH coursework — and record your judgment as you go.
Your independence is protected: your marks stay in your browser until you choose to export them. #TEACH provides this tool but does not collect, host, or see reviewer submissions, and does not build the consensus — an independent coordinator does that.
Reviewing, step by step

Enter your name (top right), then choose a certification area from the dropdown. The left column fills with that program’s competencies, grouped by section.

Click a competency. The right panel shows the exact competency text and the courses mapped to it.

Open the evidence. Click any course button to read its full description, Course Outline modules, and learning objectives. The competency’s key terms are highlighted so the matching content stands out.

Record your decision. Mark ✓ Meets, ~ Partial, or ✗ Not yet and add a note. Marks save automatically in your browser.
Two instruments to complete
This tool now contains two review instruments. Use the Crosswalk / Program Approval Rubric toggle in the toolbar to switch between them. The Crosswalk verifies each Bulletin 146 competency against the #TEACH coursework; the Program Approval Rubric is the LDOE Initial/Innovative six-part rubric (Bulletin 996 §303/743/745) where you choose an overall rating for each Part and mark every indicator Yes / No / N/A with evidence and recommendations. Both instruments save automatically and are exported together.
When you’re finished
- Export CSV — a readable copy of all your decisions and notes for your own records.
- Export JSON — the file you send to the independent review coordinator (not to #TEACH).
- Import JSON reloads a saved review so you can continue on another device.
Good to know
- Search filters competencies by keyword; the progress counter shows how many you’ve marked; Reset clears your marks.
- Shared courses (e.g., literacy) are labeled with the guide they come from.
- Everything runs in your browser — no login, works offline.
